be assured your reservation.

below and click on the "Send in Registration" button
at the bottom of the form so we can call, fax, or e-mail you to
confirm your reservation. See our additional conditional

Conditions
- Wild Heart Adventures can provide tents on a
rental basis. Advanced Notice is required
- All prices subject to a 7% goods and services
tax.
To ensure your place on one of our expeditions,
we require a 50% deposit (cheque, bank draft or money order).
The balance of your payment is due 60 days before the trip departure
date. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send confirmation
of your reservation, expedition information and a suggested equipment
list. Due to the nature of operating in wilderness areas, prices
are subject to change. Wild Heart Adventures reserves the right
to cancel any expedition. Should this occur, a full refund will
apply if you cannot reschedule. In the event that you should cancel
with more than 60 days written notice to us, a full refund will
be given less a $100/person administration fee. Cancellation received
59-31 days prior to trip departure will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 30 days of the trip departure date, we will
retain the full amount unless you can find a replacement. We recommend
the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for your protection
in the event of illness.
NOTE: A medical information form
plus liability release will be mailed to you upon receipt of your
registration to be returned to us no later than 45 days before
the specific departure date.
